Duffski is an owner run Tyrolean chalet in the ski resort of St Anton, Austria which I represent. The house is very cosy and comfortable and offers what can only be described as "Tyrolean cottage accommodation". It is located in the village of St Jacob, approximately 1.2km from the nearest lift. The ski bus stops directly outside, providing an excellent free service to the lifts and village centre.

With five beds and the possibility of a Z-bed if required, the accommodation is spread over three floors. On the top floor are two bedrooms, one an Austrian twin with en-suite shower room, the other a walk-through room with an Austrian twin and a single bed. On the middle floor is a wonderful dining/living room, kitchen, entrance hall and large balcony. On the ground floor there is a large bath/shower room with separate toilet, and washing machine, as well as a good ski and boot room with boot warmers and drying area. The house has an enchanting atmosphere being 300 years old, very sympathetically restored and it certainly offers the feeling of a Tyrolean home more than a rented property.

During the time you are in residence Andy, your host, will come in every day to cook, clean, give you ski advice, tell you whether you need your goggles, check you have your Ski pass and generally be Chef/Butler to look after you. He will provide a cooked breakfast and buffet every day. Homemade cakes and biscuits will always be in the 'cake tin' and every night he will cook, wash up and wait on - but it will be your dinner party, with all the wines included, - oh and the odd Schnapps 'for the road!'

The cost of the accommodation is £450 per person per week. If you are interested in a short break, or long weekend the rate is £100 per person per night. This rate includes half board accommodation, all beer, wines and soft drinks.
